Bengaluru has got dynamic choices, which comprises of choices for enjoyment, fun options and historical exhibitions filled with joy and it is must see place in the southern part of India!
The real estate in Bengaluru is growing at a faster pace and it is been directed towards a positive direction currently. This is majorly due to the reason of giant IT growth in the city. This has brought many allied jobs to flourish in Bengaluru and thereby bringing in various people from various cultural backgrounds. Many people have settled down in Bengaluru for the sake of their jobs and these percentages of people have also started investing, based on their long term investment goals. One growth have led to the other, likewise, the growth in the IT have led to the growth in various other sectors, such as, business, commercial, tourism, infrastructure, etc… The fact that the real estate in Bengaluru is reasonable across categories is praiseworthy, i.e. for example, you would be getting a good deal of buying houses for a decent investment of around 50 lakhs and if you compare it with the metropolitan city, Chennai, then you would say it as way better, because it would cost more than 65 to 75 lakhs for the same type of real estate investment in Chennai. Hence, I would say Bengaluru is reasonable to all type of investment in real estate, say for middle class, upper middle class, lower middle class, high class categories of people, etc…
There is no doubt, regarding the silicon city attracting many tourists, as it comprises of national park, beautiful gardens, many religious spots, waterfalls, coffee estates, attractive gigantic shopping malls, and many more exciting features. The first spot to be listed would be Bengaluru secretariat building, namely ‘Vidhana Soudha’. It is a massive work of architecture and it sizzles in granite with 12 tremendous pillars. Of course, Bengaluru stands for its name, as ‘Garden City’ and the city comprises of gardens, wherever one goes, and it is particularly popular for its huge garden parks namely, the Lalbagh and Cubbon Park, which is wide spread with a landscape of more than 200 acres of land. These gardens are very comforting with huge tress and collections of bamboos and many local festivals are also organized in these parks. The shopping malls and shopping sites such as, M.G. Road, Brigade Road, Garuda Swagath mall, and the Forum Value mall... are always flooded with people. If you visit Bengaluru, then shopping becomes mandatory option for you, if you are not shopping, then you are missing something great in your trip. Apart from this, there are huge collections of popular temples, museums, historical monuments, palaces…. in the city.
The city itself is a good example for infrastructure developments and enhancements. The newly built international airport in Bengaluru is an excellent portrait of vast developments in infrastructure facilities, as it is built in a wide spread area of more than 200 acres with international quality and standards. A suburb in Bangalore, called as the ‘White Field’ has started seeing infrastructure adventures from the late 1990’s and developed exclusively during the year 2000. The ‘White Field’ could also be called as the hub of global technological industries and also as a repository of international business activities. Because of such developments, the many residential areas started to develop in and near the ‘White Field’, many star hotels started to flourish in the area, many recreational and other entertainment developments too had happened till date and continuing to grow with promising future, thereby boosting the real estate developments to a greater level.
